FileMaker was everywhere in Australian small business for decades. It was approachable, flexible and often built by the person who understood the business best. Many of those databases are still quietly doing critical work today: managing clients, invoicing, compliance, reporting and countless workflows accumulated over the years.

What started as a handy tool for one person may now be shared across a team, hosted on FileMaker Server and carrying decades of irreplaceable business data. These systems don’t always need replacing, but they do need someone looking after the hosting, backups, security and regular maintenance that help prevent disasters.

That’s us. We’ve worked with FileMaker for years and understand both the platform and the businesses that grew up around it. We’re based in Hobart and support FileMaker systems remotely across Australia.

For the Italian Day Centre, we built a custom data wrangler that transforms complex survey data between FileMaker and external reporting formats, turning what used to be weeks of manual processing into a few clicks.
