When Smitten first started, their Tasmanian designed and manufactured clothing was gaining traction with local stockists but they wanted to connect directly with their customers. They needed an online store, but they also needed to design marketing campaigns, retouch product photos and maintain an ever-expanding product catalogue.

Since building their online store a decade ago we’ve regularly iterated on it. We continuously adapt their site to integrate with the latest payment platforms, social networks and marketing strategies. When their original ecommerce platform shut down in 2018, we helped transition their thriving site and operations over to Shopify.

Since then, Smitten’s online revenue has grown considerably, yet they remain a small family business. They’re able to respond quickly to the needs of their customer-base which now reaches far beyond Tasmania and Australia.
