Delivered a digital communications modernisation program across 30 schools, including platform standardisation, staff enablement and training. The project involved migrating 1,500+ staff from a legacy email system to Google Workspace without interrupting day-to-day operations — while hundreds of gigabytes of email were still being delivered every minute.

How we solved it

Working closely with the organisation’s ICT department, we developed a staged rollout plan to migrate each school individually over several months. This required:
