This historic private estate had established their own strong web presence to cover their stable of hospitality projects and events, but something wasnโ€™t quite right. They needed to bring online wine sales into sharper focus while still maintaining emphasis on tourism and hospitality.

Working in weekly cycles, we collaborated with Bangorโ€™s owner to identify the exact pain points of their current websites. We merged two separate websites into one Shopify site and clarified the navigation flows, including a new homepage design and members-only wine club functions.

Theyโ€™re now better-equipped to publish content independently and keep everything in sync with social media and the seasonality of their products.

Expansion

Since making their move to Shopify, Bangor has been able to develop a number of enhancements to their online presence and expand their sales. We have helped them get the details just right on a number of initiatives including:

  • Setting up a third-party Wine Club app to implement tiered memberships & benefits.
  • Integrating Shopify with their customer loyalty systems.
  • Online bookings for tours and events.
