Joanne Gao is a Hobart local who has dedicated her life to all things tea. Starting out offering workshops around Hobart, Joanne decided it was time to set up a permanent venue in Salamanca Place. The next frontier was online sales. That’s where Getbusi comes in.

Working alongside Joanne, we established a new Shopify site and online store to serve customers in their journey with tea-making and its traditions. Visitors can find information on visiting the tea bar, book workshops, as well as buy tea products online. Customers are also rewarded for repeat purchases via a loyalty system.

Getbusi was on-call to make sure Shopify integrated seamlessly into business operations. This includes Shopify Point-of-Sale to keep all sales records centralised across the website, shop and market stalls.
